Job purpose/ key responsibilities

  • Manage Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) contract administration process for the customer base, including dealing with contract renewals and quotations
  • Ensure contract renewals spreadsheet is kept up to date
  • Support the Field Service Engineers with diary management and provide SAP support where necessary
  • Liaise with customer by telephone/email to arrange site visits
  • Raise Service Calls and confirm visits
  • Plan visit logistics using the relevant software
  • Coordinate the Lifetime Warranty service on BCF manufactured goods
  • Identify opportunities to upsell
  • Use SAP to raise Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Quotations when required
  • Provide additional telephone support to Customer Care team as required

Education/ experience

  • Previous experience in a Service Administration role would be desirable
  • Previous experience of SAP preferable but not essential
  • Previous experience working closely with Service Engineers
  • Experience working in the veterinary industry would be advantageous but not essential
